Cooling Inspection Includes
- Lubricate motors
- Adjust controls if needed
- Change filters customer provided ( fee is added if we supply)
- Check evaporator air, adjustments as needed, temperatures
- Check airflow settings and make
- Check wiring & connections
- Check refrigerant charge

- Check the calibration of the thermostat.

- Check voltage and AMP draw
- Clean condensate line
- Check performance of system

Heating Inspection Includes
