I learned in early August that I needed a new hvac unit. I did a lot of research. One month later I fortunately hired Clark's. It wasn't about the price as much as the installation. I got top notch installation and a fair price. Tyler and Ryan did everything in one day. They were very respectful and tidy. I would definitely recommend them for not just installation but troubleshooting also. I respect quality work ethics and hope this helps someone.

A/C went out and they responded same day. Worth mentioning that a week later, I have still not gotten a response from any other local (Aurora/Lawrenceburg) HVAC I contacted...

Clark's was wonderful, they offered window units, while waiting on the new system to keep the family comfortable, always responded when I had questions and were able to get our service scheduled within a good/reasonable timeline (it did go out on a holiday...)

I would definitely recommend using Clark's if you live in Aurora or the surrounding areas. I'll also be continuing with them for annual servicing of our systems.

Tyler done a great job installing my new furnace. Him and his buddy Ryan were both very nice, polite, and professional. And very clean they put covers through the entire living room and kitchen to protect the floors. The furnace was installed within a timely manner and looks very nice. Woke up Saturday morning to our house at 54 degrees! Realized the furnace had died overnight. We are off of Grant's Creek south of Rising Sun so weren't sure we could get anyone out over the weekend. We called Tyler at 10 am on a Saturday and he was at the house less than three hours later (exactly when he told us he would be). He was very professional, putting on shoe covers before he came inside. He not only quickly diagnosed our problem (errant mice had shorted out the system ?) and fixed it, but also taught us a bit about how our system works and what to watch for in the future. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We would definitely call him again if we have an issue! (In fact, we asked him to provide us a quote on a different project while he was here.). If you have a need, don't hesitate to call Tyler!
